Jean-Philippe with his new board in France. Son is stoked because he is surfing with his dad. Jean-Philippe is going to be distributing Timberline boards in Europe. Keep tuned in for more news on that subject shortly.
Congratulations to my buddy Carlos Clavero and his crew for the new redesign of their website. CeCe Surfboards are based in Spain. This shop below is in Tarifa. They also run a surfschool in the summer. If your in Spain check em out. http://www.cecesurf.com/
Since there is no surf right now and am stuck indoors due to constant rain. I am thinking of heading to the mountains to do the second most fun thing on earth. Snowboarding!! I don't personally know Hector Barrero (the filmaker) but he often does surf video's for my friend Carlos Clavero of CeCe surfboards in Spain. I love his stuff. If your bored check out some of his other videos on vimeo.
Leo's new hull like board in the making. Leo got Ryan Lovelace to design him a hull where the belly isn't as rounded and the rails aren't a bladed as the hulls that he usually makes.
My friend sent me this video from http://www.bluesomersault.com/ on how to make a Xmas tree out of driftwood. It would also be a nice family project. I'll have to get my brothers out of jail so we can make one.
My friend Grant from http://woodensurfboards.blogspot.com/ sent me this vid of the his mate Mikes awesome shed. If your a wood monkey your gonna wanna check out his shop.
Not so into trick or treat and all that so my "trouble and strife" and I made our way up to yosemite for a camping trip. One of my favorite places on earth.
Latest wood "honey do" project. Walnut dresser for my wife. Although it only took about 20 hours to make it took over a month to complete those 20 hours cause I was building it while waiting for glue to dry on my surfboards.
My wife and I checked out Turkey in May. Such a great country. The food was amazing the people were fantastic and the sites and history off the charts.
