If you would like to design your own board and have us build it, we recommend you do a mock-up in the Aku Shaper software. Don't worry if it's not perfect, we will create the detailed file but this will give us a good idea of what you are looking for. The Aku Shaper (formerly APS3000) is the standard computer aided surfboard design software. It has been designed purely from a shapers perspective, as though he was in his room shaping. We use this software to get our cores really precise, but all of our boards are also final-shaped by hand, both before the wood is attached and after.
